Description Since it is a call centre environment related to customer service more than sales we require individuals who are confident over the phone. We look for the following attributes within the desired candidate: Due to the client base being with exceptionally large corporates, being eloquently and professionally spoken is essential. Duties and Responsibilities: Previous administering and registering experience with claims any call centre qualification advantageous Telephonic and/or electronic support Provide customer support with regard to the following modules: Fixes Assets General Ledger Debtors Vehicles Parts Service Updating log with details on investigation Lot of analysis to be performed via Excel, therefore intermediate to advance skills required in this regard. All planning and appointments are booked through a planning coordinator and therefore the ability to work as a team is essential.
