The Junior Construction Manager will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of a building project as well as the managing of on-site work activities.

Core Responsibilities:
My client is a hugely successful, high profile property developer, focused on creating amazing spaces in the inner city.
To ensure any building work is carried out in accordance with local or national laws and industry regulations as well as with drawings issued.
Monitoring and directing the progress on the construction site
Managing the administration role of a site based project office
Ensure that the project is completed within a specified time.
