QA Lead Engineer with Banking experience

· Bachelor?s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent

· Quality Engineering Lead at least 10 years of experience, should
be capable of leading a group of diverse team of Quality Analysts and
Engineers, ability to handle a challenging fast paced environment with a
desire and passion to work at the forefront of technology

· Should be able to understand the technical details of the
product(s) and assist Development team in trouble shooting issues.

o Should be able to analyze quality of the product before rolling to
Customers by analyzing and validating Defect leakages

o Coaching and mentoring of other team members
