IT Support Technician with solid experience in Microsoft Windows environments,
server and Desktop OS and applications.Good hardware\software and troubleshooting skills.
Suitable qualifications in IT would be preferable.

A current Microsoft qualification or an equivalent

Sound knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies for the above
In depth knowledge of performance analysis on Microsoft based servers
