We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the HR Operational Team. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with good organisational and administrative skills who is keen to develop skills within the HR field. The key duties of the post are to provide a high level of administrative support to both teams, in particular taking responsibility for the timely and accurate inputting of payroll and/or recruitment data onto an electronic HR/payroll system, as well as providing advice to managers and staff on pay queries, terms and conditions of service and recruitment issues. The ability to meet deadlines, work effectively as part of a team and enter accurate data are essential, as are excellent organisational, customer care and communication skills. Candidates will also be able to demonstrate a basic working knowledge of Microsoft software packages.
