10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst on web development and
Ecommerce projects
Experience with commerce projects in B2C and B2B environments and working
through Commerce requirements
Experience working with Product owners to understand their expectations and
create detailed functional requirements.
Experience using team collaboration tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps for user
stories and agile work.
Responsible to create user stories in JIRA
Responsible to work with UX design team to define user journey and business
needs
Experience working with DEV team and QA team along with UX team. Overall
coordination from requirement gathering to implementation among different teams
Able to complete functional testing before UAT
Defect triaging and requirement prioritization
Prior experience working with an onsite/offshore model
Thorough understanding of scaled agile model preferred
