Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Emergency Room to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. As an RN Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in providing crucial medical care to patients in emergency situations. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and ensure timely and accurate diagnoses. This position requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities Provide patient care in emergency situations, including triaging patients, administering treatments, and monitoring vital signs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Perform emergency medical procedures, such as starting IVs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure appropriate care and treatment Maintain and update emergency room equipment and supplies Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements Valid RN license and current CPR certification Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysReference : Emergency Room Nurse jobs
