Provide high level customer service support for guest that wish to make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, Packages, or asking general questions to existing and new resort guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant products and services. Pay Rate: Starting at $12.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information, assistance, and solutions to customer inquiries and issues. Maintain a high level of knowledge to effectively address customer needs. Follow established call center procedures and quality standards. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and response times. Attend training and development sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a skill assessment and background check At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work A computer device (Windows 8 or higher, No Chromebook or Macs) Wired headset or headphones with microphone attachment A quiet work area Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction Comfortable working independently from a remote location Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Ability to adapt to changes and a willingness to learn and grow MUST be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
