Position Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), TSB Executive Management Team, and the TSB Management Team. Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Administrative Assistant will perform all functions related to administrative support to corporate executives.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team.
Provide support to all TSB functional areas when needed, to include Accounting, HR, Contracts, Business Development, and IT.
Coordinate compilation and submission of regular and ad-hoc management reports.
Function as Receptionist. Assigning calls and voicemails through a ticketing system.
Answer phones, as required and keep phone list up to date.
Order and maintain office supplies and prepare POs for the office.
Schedule, coordinate, and order maintenance items as needed for the Manassas office and office equipment.
Coordinate mail throughout the office; create shipping labels as requested.
Coordinate company and employee morale events, research and set-up community outreach.
Update news on the website and social media pages.
Assist with drafting job requisitions and phone screening candidates as needed.
Assure confidentiality in handling of all company, shareholder, and executive information and business.
Assist with office document management, filing (both physical and electronic), scanning, and disposal.
Prepare meeting packets and presentations if needed.
Other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

High School Diploma required, college degree preferred, or equivalent of education plus experience in administrative activities.
Ability to learn detailed tasks quickly and efficiently.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs for various projects.
Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demands with the highest level of service and response.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly resourceful team player with the ability to manage time and work effectively independently.
Ability to achieve high performance goals, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of general clerical procedures and practices.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Ability to lift 20 lbs or more.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Ability to travel as needed.
Valid U.S. Driver's License.
Combination of in office and telework schedule.
