Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales associate/Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager/Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, managing and mentoring the sales team, and cultivating relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy, Planning, and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed the company's goals and objectives. Set annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts. Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth in the digital marketing sector
Prospecting Lead Generation: Generate a consistent stream of high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's services
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand the clients' needs and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements
Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and expertise. Communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company's digital marketing solutions
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adapt the sales strategy as needed
Sales Targets and KPIs: Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to track and measure progress. Regularly report on sales performance and make adjustments to achieve targets
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as the marketing team, to develop effective sales materials and strategies. Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with the company's capabilities
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support the sales strategy
Team Management (if applicable): If the business development department has a team, the manager should hire, train, and manage sales representatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the team to maximize their performance
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management
Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure that all sales activities and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
Travel: Since this is a field sales role, the Business Development Manager may be required to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit potential leads
Continuous Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and sales techniques to remain competitive in the industry. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide feedback and insights to help refine our services and strategies
Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, deals, and sales pipelines in our CRM system
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales and B2B field sales, preferably in Digital Marketing Companies
Strong understanding of the company's products or services, digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels
Excellent communication, Presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Marketing or an equivalent field (Preferred)
