PeopleReady is now hiringRestoration Technicians in theAsheville, NC area. Immediate opportunity!
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $15/Hour
Shift Timing 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Responsibilities Include:

• Develop subcontractor/vendor relationships, monitor the quality and timelines of their work on all projects, report any issues to supervisors.
• Understand and utilize DASH, Nextraq, TSheets, and all company software to assist in completion of job tasks.
• Aides in the development, implementation, and revision of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Model and enforce safety rules and policies.
• Required to complete Emergency Services and postreconstruction cleanup work which may include: water/mold/sewage/fire damage.
• Thorough understanding of water, mold, and smoke removal procedures. Develop knowledge of cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of technical construction skills, including, but not limited to: drywall, doors, windows, flooring, trim, cabinets, paint, roofing, siding, plumbing, framing, etc.
• Communicate job progress and employee performance of restoration team daily to Restoration Supervisor and/or Production Administrator.
• Responsible for collecting information and communicating supplements and change orders.
• Provide accurate information to support the job costing process.

• No Experience Required, Training Provided
• Be able to Pass Background Screening
• Drug test required
