Job Description:
As a Physical Trade Representative at Thomas Title & Escrow, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the exchange of physical goods between buyers and sellers. This part-time position requires you to be available for physical trades on weekdays, typically two times a week. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure execution of these trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Trade Preparation:
Review trade details and documentation provided by buyers and sellers.
Coordinate the logistics and location for the physical trade.
Trade Execution:
Meet with party involved in the trade at the designated location.
Verify the identity of the individuals involved in the trade.
Ensure that the goods match the description provided in the trade agreement.
Oversee the exchange of goods, ensuring it adheres to the terms of the agreement.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during the trade.
Documentation and Reporting:
Complete trade-related documentation accurately.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the relevant parties.
Ensure that all necessary paperwork is signed and filed appropriately.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, relaying information as needed.
Provide clear and timely updates to the Thomas Title & Escrow team.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting trade schedules.
Ability to handle potentially sensitive and high-value transactions with professionalism.
Basic knowledge of escrow and trade processes (training will be provided).
Must have access to reliable transportation.
