Senior Vice President, Real Estate Fund Accounting Lead, AIS India

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Real Estate Fund Accounting Lead to join our AIS Fund accounting team. This role is located in Pune/Chennai - HYBRID Model.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the Real Estate Fund accounting build out in India
Manage service delivery to existing clients
Develop talent for end to end ownership on RE fund accounting clients
Identify and implement efficiencies and implement ongoing/new transformation/tech initiatives as part of global or India lead programs

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
CA or CFA or MBA or M Com
Relevant experience of at least 10 years in similar roles involving Fund accounting on Real estate funds or Private equity funds, property reviews, portfolio analytics for large global delivery centres
Total experience of 15 to 22 years, with at least 8 years as a manager of teams with span of at least 30 people
Should be a technically sound subject matter expert in Fund accounting on Alternative assets for global markets particularly in Private equity or real estate funds
Should have client facing and stakeholder management experience for at least 10 years
