Overview:

The Deputy Project Manager – National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) National Correlation and Training Center (NNCTC) “NNCTC-Deputy PM” serves as an on-site Manager for assigned contractor personnel working under this contract at the NNCTC. The manager is responsible for supporting the oversight of daily operations of the contractor personnel.



Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager – NNCTC in the successful execution of daily operations that include but are not limited to:
Planning, coordinating, and conducting interviews for the NNCTC location.
Planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned Contractor employees.
Establishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
Assisting in providing replacement personnel.
Provide oversight and management of all assigned Contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished in work overload situations.
Conducting meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the COR and the NNCTC Government personnel to discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
Assisting all other assigned Contractor staff to accomplish their duties in work overload situations.
Ensuring that Contractor staff has the tools necessary to accomplish their duties independently.
Ensuring sufficient Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans are in place for the NNCTC to successfully complete their services/requirements under this contract.


Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass Agency Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college. Work experience may be substituted for the educational requirements with prior approval from ATF.
Recent experience commensurate with the job requirements (more than eight years required)
