Kiliuda, a subsidiary of the Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting leader is seeking an Acquisitions Program Manager to support our customer.
Responsibilities:
Manage, supervise, provide oversight and training for all contractor personnel
Ensure deadlines are met, tasks completed, reports submitted, goals are met for all areas of the contract
Analyze plans and programs, integrate with internal office accomplishments, and participate in strategic planning activities
Contribute to audit finding and recommendations; analyze requirements; track progress and review current requirements to streamline processes and procedures
Review current workloads to determine strategic acquisition approaches
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Must be able to pass an agency background investigation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
Must have ten years relevant acquisition related experience with at least two years at the GS-14 or equivalent grade level, plus at least four years in a supervisory role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
FAC-PPM II certification or equivalent desired
FAC-C III or equivalent is desired
