SHOP TEC DUTIES- APPLY IN PERSON

Plasma Cutter – Verify material gauge needed, program and cutouts before starting

60 Ton Press Brake- Make sure appropriate tooling is installed. Verify bend programs. Measure and verify before bend

300 Ton Press Brake-Make sure appropriate tooling is installed. Verify bend programs. Measure and verify before bend

Sheer cutter/Chop Saw – Measure and verify before cutting.

Sanding-Sanding of various safe parts using Sander and/or Time Saver

Forklift – Loading and Unloading from delivery trucks. Store forklift in a secure location with forks on ground and turned off.

Assist in Paint line and Paint Booth- Clean out debris and deburring, light sanding of corners and sharp edges, clean safes with acetone. Assist in Quality control of built safe. (Safe configuration, Nice complete welds, sharp edges, Hopper and interior doors)

Miscellaneous duties as needed

Schedule:

10 hour shift 6am to 4:30pm Monday thru Thursdays
