The multimedia/graphic design internship program offers an opportunity for designers to gain practical experience in a dynamic and creative work environment. 

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects for all South Street Designs brands.


Goals and Objectives:
- Gain practical experience: Develop practical skills by working on real-world projects, enhancing your proficiency in different design tools and techniques.
- Expand creativity and innovation: Cultivate your creative thinking and problem-solving abilities through brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects.
- Build teamwork and collaboration: Engage in team projects and learn to effectively collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines.
- Learn and explore different AI tools: Gain knowledge in AI tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc, by exploring different commands and automation and integrating them into your design process.
- Develop a professional portfolio: Create a diverse portfolio of design projects to showcase your skills and achievements. 
- Enhance industry knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in design, exploring emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Task and Duties:
- Design and develop visual assets: Create layouts, illustrations, and multimedia assets for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist with concept development: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for all South Street Designs brands. 
- Support design production: Assist with tasks such as photo and video editing, retouching, layout adjustments, and illustrations, ensuring the quality and consistency of the final deliverables.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration: Stay informed about design trends, industry innovations, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and maintain a high standard of work.
- Maintain organized design assets: Organize and maintain a digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow for future projects.
- Work on exciting projects: Take part in the entire design process of some of our projects such as brand refresh, packaging designs, social media content creation, etc. 

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in multimedia design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

Project Length: 12-15 weeks (Depending on the intern's total hours needed)
