Business Analyst needs financial, bank payment, wiring experience

Business Analyst requires:
 Experience with problem solving and incident management
 Experience with payments

 Financial, banking institution
 Experience identifying and managing risk and escalations
 Experience with training others on new processes


Business Analyst duties:
 Imbed business in SDLC process to following testing protocols for production

 Provide production testing for Wires and ACH Proof of Concept application
 Perform production testing for Payment Tracker
 Complete QA reviews on alert entries for associates and provide performance standard recommendations
 Investigate Customer Complaints and recommend enhancements
 Partnership with Technology, Operations and other Payment front line teams for production testing
