1 Participate in the full recruitment process with the HR team.

2 Place job ads on career websites, university and college career pages, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

3 Assist with resume screening, email correspondence, and data entry for the Applicants Tracking System.

4 Recruit, induct, and onboard new employees.

5 Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

6 Organize and attend virtual conferences and events.

7 Promote virtual events through social media.

8 Inviting attendees, and sponsors to virtual events is one of your responsibilities.
