We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Property Cleaning Technician to join our team. No experience needed, but certainly preferred.
The technician will be responsible for performing window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, fence washing, gutter cleaning, and pool cleaning at residential and commercial sites. Day to day work will require using telescoping poles, pressure washers, ladders, and other common cleaning equipment, and will be expected to adhere to safety regulations at all times.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the use of specialized cleaning products/chemicals for various types of surfaces and materials.
The Property Cleaning Technician will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality services, and must demonstrate strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
The candidate should have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Transportation and/or valid driver's license
- Capacity to learn quickly about different property cleaning equipment and services
- Ability to lift equipment weighing 30-50 lbs
- Proficiency in the use of pressure washers, ladders, and other common cleaning equipment -- Knowledge of specialized cleaners and chemical products
- Ability to follow safety protocols and comply with environmental policies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in property cleaning preferred
