Job Summary:

As the Generative AI Content Director, you will be responsible for leading the creation, development, and management of AI-generated content across various platforms and formats. You will work closely with our engineering and data science teams to design, implement, and refine cutting-edge generative AI models to produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for our clients and users.


Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement a comprehensive AI-generated content strategy that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to design, develop, and optimize generative AI models for content creation.
Monitor and analyze AI-generated content performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Manage a team of content specialists and editors responsible for reviewing, editing, and curating AI-generated content.
Ensure that AI-generated content meets the highest quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Stay current with advancements in generative AI technologies, content trends, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in the field of generative AI content creation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the successful execution of AI-generated content initiatives.




Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or a similar role, with at least 2 years focused on AI-generated content.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI models for content creation.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Highly creative, innovative, and analytical, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and industry-standard software.




Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading or managing a team of content specialists and/or editors.
Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
