Role : Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Engineer

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Duration : 12+ Months

 

 

Primary Skills :

A minimum experience in at least one of the following: Python, Unix/Linux
shell scripting, JavaScript, PowerShell, or another programming language


Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
Experience with Infrastructure Automation and DevSecOps using gitOps,
Terraform, Ansible, or other comparable tools. IE: Azure DevOps, Jenkins
Experience with Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or
other comparable tools
Develop self-service infrastructure provisioning, delivery pipelines, log
and monitoring services
Collaborate with internal teams and respective stakeholders to understand
user requirements and implement technical solutions
Strong knowledge about HTTP, REST and JSON are crucial
Experienced in developing REST APIs
Ensure coding best practices and test coverage through peer reviewing  

Secondary Skills :


Broad understanding of GCP infrastructure services including GKE, GKEA,
GCE, VPCs, Load Balancers, Firewalls and IAM and service account management.
Understanding of use of Google Cloud SDK client libraries and command line
tools
Experience with Service Now Platform workflow definition and integration
with external automation platforms and APIs
