Position : Product Manager or Product Owner in insurance

10+ yrs only

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

. 5+ years of Product Management experience in Insurance and/or
SaaS solutions

. 5+ years of software product management experience using agile
methodologies

. Experience being the mediator of customers, marketing/sales,
business stakeholders

. Experience working with product roadmaps, prioritization,
sprints, stand-ups

. Experience coordinating among design, engineering, and data
engineering teams

. Strong emotional intelligence skills.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution
skills.

. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

. Analytical approach to problem solving and attention to detail

. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines.

. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and
confidentiality.

. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Design tools or
related software.

. Track record in collaborating with developers and subject
matter experts to refine the customer experience

. Highly organized and able to prioritize based on business
needs

. Ability to work to deadlines

. Team leadership
