Job Summary

The Mulesoft Software Engineer is member of the software development team
that builds custom software, enterprise portals, APIs, and websites.

In this role the engineer will create and support new custom Mulesoft APIs
and Anypoint platform on CloudHub that meet development standards and practices.

Candidates need to possess business acumen and should be able to quickly
decipher the needs of the internal customer and translate them into new
application features and functionality.

Must have the ability to work collaboratively in project teams where business
needs are evolving and changing.

Ability to work in a newly agile environment is required.

 

Qualifications

8 years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years working
with Mulesoft Expert-level MuleSoft development experience in providing
technical leadership on Anypoint Platform integration projects.

Expert level experience in developing Mule Flows, Dev-Kit Connector and Raml
API, API Gateway.

Expert level experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
and web services Expert level experience in implementing CI/CD process for
MuleSoft applications Experience developing MUnit Test cases Hands-on data
modeling/data design experience, and relational database experience including
SQL queries and reporting High level understanding of enterprise architecture
design patterns and their applications Knowledge of load balancing, fault
tolerant, batch processing, sync-async processing designs. Highly proficient in
programming languages like Java, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, etc.

Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization and software
debugging Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Skilled
at making good decisions and thinking strategically

Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical
challenges

Ability to work with minimal direction

Able to work independently and as a part of a team on large projects

Able to handle multiple projects and produce excellent work under tight
timelines Flexibility and adaptability and ability to guide a team through
change Basic understanding of EMR systems like Epic Responsibilities Implement
and consume REST and SOAP web services using latest version of Mulesoft
Configure and deploy Mule applications to CloudHub Create and configure flows,
sub-flows, and flow processing strategies for reusability and performance Sets
best practices for architecture, coding, delivery, and operation of team
services Discuss business requirements with business analysts, end-users, and
management, and develop these into technical requirements, system design,
functional specifications, and specifications with business Create automated
unit tests for all code and overall create testable code so QA can automate
