· Knowledgeable and Hands-on in the ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery

. Hands-on ServiceNow dashboard and reporting experience is must
· Troubleshoot, Configure and Customize Patterns, Probes and Sensors for
Discovery and Service Mapping.
· Continuous improvements for the automation and maintenance of
non-discoverable data attributes
· Defines, creates, and monitors CI data health reports / dashboards
· Work with stakeholders and CI data owners to ensure the quality of the CMDB
data
· Conduct data quality analysis, provide recommendations to address data
quality issues, and manage the implementation of approved recommendations
· Define and document the processes and procedures around IT Configuration
Management
· Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of process and /
or CMDB enhancements
· Knowledgeable and Hands-on in the Catalog Items, Service Portal.
