Project Construction Coordinator needs 2+ years experience Project Construction Coordinator requires: Project construction coordinating experience Construction management Project Construction Coordinator duties: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports: o Submittals and submittal logs o Meeting minutes/notes o Updated schedules o Changes to the plans o Drawing logs o Distribution of RFI's o Specifications Organizing, record-keeping, and tracking paperwork Assist the on-site Construction manager Monitoring progress of each project Assist the execution of a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping Being a point of contact for various working groups Assist the Project Executive in Review of all project expenditures Track subcontractor delivery dates for materials Review daily reports for accuracy Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services Assist with project closeout Perform additional assignments per the Project Executive's direction Assist the on-site Construction manager and Project Executive in managing the installation of building automation system at customer sites, Ensuring a professional, timely and cost-effective installation process.
