Our client is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, target driven professionals to join Service Commitment Centre team. Reporting to the Team Leader as a Customer Service Representative you will be required to manage a number of tasks at various times which include inbound, outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, scheduling appointment settings for ticketed work between customers and our telecommunications clients, validating and dispatching ticketed work to the team in the field.
