Client is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. As Office Assistant reporting to the Executive Assistant you will be tasked with providing administrative support to our office staff. This role will see you providing various administrative duties including mail, franking, relief reception, stationery stocktake and ordering, general upkeep of kitchen and meeting rooms, travel bookings and various other duties as requested, including assisting the Personal Assistants when required.
