Role: ERP Consultant    

Location: Detroit, MI (Initial 1 Month remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Should be taking up the role of an ERP Consultant with knowledge of
at least one end-to-end process lifecycle i.e. order-to-cash, hire-to-retire,
procure-to-pay etc.

·         Should have knowledge on Finance & Accounting modules/processes

·         Able to understand & evaluate the business requirements and
translate them into a meaningful functional and technical requirement documents
that serve as a guiding document for both business and technology/IT team for
ERP selection & implementation

·         Should be working on ERP Strategy assignment for:

·         ERP process standardization

·         Selection of best-fit ERP

·         ERP Separation / Consolidation

·         ERP Strategy for M&A scenarios

·         Bringing structure to client problems & problem solving

·         Develop / customize solutions relevant to client

·         Create Business Case and Cost Benefit Analysis

·         Capable of overseeing and documenting business model, business
requirements, data points etc

·         Capable of envisioning and preparing Roadmap for implementing ERP
systems and roll out plans

·         Create presentation material to support recommendations to
Executive management, Board of Directors, and wider stakeholder groups

·         Exposure to multiple ERP products in market (Preferable)
