Job Description:


Understand the testing and the role of a Data Analyst/Coordinator in the
testing lifecycle
Facilitate integrated data requirements for complex and large technical
projects that involve  multiple  application teams,  utilizing test data
processes.
Works closely with business partners in applying specialized expertise to
deliver strategic and tactical business results
Applies knowledge, skills and training in achieving individual, team and
departmental business objectives
Completes assignments independently  while evaluating and selecting
techniques, procedures and criteria
Fully responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, coordinating,
evaluating, and communicating complex projects data deliverables
Directs own work efforts and Responds to changing demands and priorities;
validates priorities with management
Participates in coaching and mentoring others in their work efforts
Manage and lead coordination of data for multiple test regions. test data
preparation and execution activities
Support and/or engage Subject Matter Experts on detailed data requirements
definition
Facilitation and coordination of test data issue resolution across partners
Drives defined test data deliverable timelines
Support test data coordination across multiple applications
Capture, consolidate and reconcile data requirements for all components
 within assigned PI through facilitation of cross-functional data requirements
meetings
Maintain internal process/timeline initiatives
Drive data quality process
Build data repositories to reflect integrated data across applications.
Has Good understanding of tasks in hand and feels comfortable with stretch
goals and able to effectively handle concurrent activities
Responds to day-to-day operational priorities while still making progress
on PI/Sprint Commitments
Clear understanding of the work that is being supported and how it aligns
to the overall goals and priorities
Leverage the Data Automation tools and identify opportunities / coordinate
requirements for new data solutions with ?Data automation developer?
Understands the importance of Client policies, procedures and best
practices, and drives compliance across the teams
