Level of expertise integrating external (Java) REST services into the
RPG/iSeries applications? Handling performance/scale?

Application development expertise in RPG/CL?

Experience refactoring legacy code/implementations to integrate external
services minimizing code churn/regression footprint?



The primary skills set is:

Language: Solid experience with AS400/RPG language (RPGIII/IV, RPGLE,
Free-format RPG), SQL/400, SQLRPGLE

OPERATING SYSTEMS- IBM i

DATABASES -DB2/400



Detailed JD with mandatory and good to have skills called out.

8+ Years of solid experience in AS400

Good to have Java experience

Mandatory to have AMS experience (L1/L2/L3 Support) , well versed with ITIL
processes

Experience in Insurance Domain is additive advantage

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
