Management Tools (MPP, Clarity, SharePoint, Service Now, Tracking tools)

Good Experience in Project Management Handling

Good in Excel knowledge

Good in understanding the Technical  Knowledge

 


Solicit, collect, and generate inputs for status reporting for the
different Agile Release Trains (Fraud and AML) teams.  This is used to support
the Scrum Masters Weekly stand up call as well as the weekly delivery update
status call for the Head of Risk.
Provide overall project manager/scrum master administration support for
Risk teams to include power point presentations, implementation planning and
execution, etc.
Prepare meeting minutes and share with participants, follow-up on
questions, issues and action items
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams for
co-ordination
Proficiency in power point (top priority),
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize and work independently, as well as contribute as part
of a team
Capacity to learn quickly
Knowledge and competency in use of excel, word, outlook and windows
