Role: SAP FICO Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6 months



?12-15 Years of SAP FICO Experience with Design, customize, configure and
testing

? Experience in implementation, Rollout and enhancements projects

? General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
knowledge is critical

? Experience with onsite ? offshore model for delivery

? Consulting and Client relationship skills, Excellent communication

? Conduct Requirements Gathering, prepare Functional Specifications,
collaborate with offshore team for development, prepare training document

? Responsible for in-depth analysis of business demand changes, demand
sorting, formulation of solutions, preparation of business blueprints and
implementation in SAP system

? Cross-functional SAP integration points

? Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

? Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and
solve software problems

? Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;

? Document functional designs, test cases and results.

? Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system
enhancements

? Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing
support projects

? Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

? Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

? Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to
more junior resources
