Job Title: Solutions Architect - Healthcare/Insurance Sector

Location: Remote Work

Duration: 12 Months +



Required Skills:

1. Must demonstrate a deep knowledge of architectural principles and
describe the employment of those on several projects
2. Demonstrates architecture experience producing end-to-end solution
models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements
3. Strong UML experience
4. Significant experience with systems integration and platform
integration
5. Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application
design
6. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building
skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product,
development).
7. Excellent verbal and written communications
8. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal
supervision. Self-directed
9. A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering
superior software products via Agile methodologies
10. Well versed with communicating complex technical details to
business and non-technical stakeholders



Desired Skills

1. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
2. Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology
3. Experience with Contact Center technologies (IVR, telephony)
4. Experience with distributed caching solutions; understands the
factors that enable effective caching
5. Should be able to understand and communicate business value of
architecture solutions.
6. Experience defining the architecture to support security/access
controls/user provisioning requirements
7. Experience working with cloud/multi-tenant applications



Healthcare/Insurance Industry Specific Skill-set

- Knowledge of health insurance domains and processes including but not
limited to claim processing, plan product & benefits (offerings), clinical
management, pharmacy eligibility processes, PBMs, provider & provider
networks, member 360 view etc.
- Experience in crafting domain models for each line of business like
offering, member, provider, claims, clinical etc.
- Experience in solution patterns based on domain models for both
real-time and batch integration.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and PII/PHI and corresponding security
measures needed for the same in the solution design.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid compliance for all CMS government
sponsored health plans.
- Knowledge of various health-care industry segments like individual,
group plans including small groups, middle markets, nation accounts,
self-insured, fully insured plan types.
