Senior Test Analyst
1. 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing
/ Test coordination / Test Management
2. Experienced within requirements analysis, test design, writing
test cases
3. Experienced in test automation, e.g. test scripts creation and
execution
4. Experienced in test execution, e.g. manual testing, tracking of
defects and reporting of results
5. Experienced in writing test plans that consist of scope,
strategy, approach and execution
6. At least Upper-Intermediate level (B2) of English, any other
language a plus
7. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative
team-oriented environment
8. Ability to communicate clearly, stand up for own ideas and
engage in a technical discussion to find the best solution approach
9. Commitment to join a virtual team across multiple locations
10. Experienced in ETL process
Should have,
1. Experience working in the insurance industry
2. Familiar with Agile automation frameworks and regression testing
3. Test data Management experience
4. Familiar with SQL,X-Ray, Jira, ALM, JMeter, selenium, Junit,
Jenkins, appium, browserstack and UFT
Job description
1. Coordinate testing activities and further develop the test
strategy
2. Work on the technical and conceptual framework that is used
across our products
3. Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of
a project
4. Coordinate testing activities within a Scrum Software
Development Team
5. Review, improve and implement a holistic test concept beyond
the Scrum Team
6. Write user stories and test cases
7. Execute test cases with defect tracking
8. Continuously increase test automation for automated regression
9. Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents /
artifacts is documented and maintained
10. Document, implement, monitor and enforce all processes for
testing as per newly defined standards
11. Go-to-person for Product Owners, Project Managers and testers
12. Organize status meetings and create Status Reports
13. Possibility to act as coach and sparring partner within the team
for complex issues
