Addressing functional issue related to COTS applications
Snaplogic Pipeline Failures - Initial Check
Checking integration issues between finance applications
Trouble shooting data mismatch issues  
Understanding the error and checking the source and target systems (Backend)
Roles and privileges (Role additions, Modifications, granting & revoking
privileges)
Snaplogic release QA testing (smoke testing to be carried out and ensure no
pipelines are failing)
Manually triggering jobs/re-starting failed jobs.  
SFTP Upload requests (OK to pay uploads in to Coupa, Split billing
scenarios)
