Title: Network Support - Tier 2

Job Description:

Candidates will provide Tier 2 level support, following established
processes and procedures, to assist the customer with issue resolution for
various network devices which will include opening TAC cases and monitoring
their success to resolution for various OEM's including Cisco, Juniper, and
Cradlepoint.
