Role: Salesforce Support Engineer



Area of Expertise

Experience working with Salesforce on problem tickets, system issues, case
escalations, governor limits, Salesforce 3x/year Release, fix packs, org
migrations, org switching, etc

 

Analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into Salesforce
specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box,
Configuration, Customization)

 

Experience in deploying production and other Sandbox changes to production
using GIT, ANT, Change sets
