We are currently looking for a Senior manager in certification for public interest entities (PIE).

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage client’s audit mandates, especially very complex mandates and ensure all deliverables meet their expectations;
  • Assign and supervise all audit’s mandates and review missions;
  • Review client certification’s files and ensure quality control standards are maintained;
  • Proactively communicate audit findings and issues with management, partners and other team members;
  • Advise clients on recommendations for improving their financial activities and operations;
  • Identify needs, determine resources required and organize mandates based on the client’s needs (audit strategy, fees, resources, etc);
  • Prepare integrated service offering and present it to the clients
  • Develop strategies and concrete action plan to achieve the growth of your client’s accounts and sales objectives;
  • Support your team members by training, advising and providing them with your continuous supervision so they can develop and contribute to the success of the firm.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree and Specicialized graduate diplomas (DESS) in accounting;
  • 8 + years of experience working in an accounting firm;
  • Must have CPA auditor designation;
