We are currently looking for a Manager in certification for public interest entities (PIE).

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan and supervise the completion of audit engagement according to the established deadlines and budget;
  • Advise the certification team members and support them during problem solving;
  • Review the client’s file and ensure all deliverables meet their expectations and needs while ensuring quality control standards are maintained;
  • Participate directly in the achievement of audit files (more complex sections) in order to support the audit team;
  • Prepare financial statements according IFRS and ASPE standards
  • Propose appropriate and added value solutions to the client according their strategic objectives and organizational context;
  • Identify the needs for additional services for our existing clients and identify potential clients;
  • Prepare service offering;
  • Act as a coach to your team members in order to foster their professional development

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor degree and Specicialized graduate diplomas (DESS) in accounting;
  • Must have CPA auditor designation;
  • 5 + years of experience working in an accounting firm, including 3 years where you were responsible for complex certification mandates;
  • Experience with financial service
