Restaurant Manager

We are looking for and experienced Restaurant Manager for an immediate start. This position is a full-time permanent position, working 38hours per week based in Falls Creek, Victoria. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the following duties: . Rostering . Meeting monthly targets . Ordering . Monthly stocktake . Planning and organising functions and catering with Head Chef and Bartenders . Selecting, training and supervising of front of house and bar staff . Reporting to Operations Team For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/ work experience: . Minimum relevant diploma qualifications is preferred . At least 3 yrs of relevant work experience is preferred . Excellent customer service skill . Team leading skills and demonstrated experience . POS system experience .
