RTO Number: 41143 CRICOS Provider Number: 03420M ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking experienced, motivated and adaptable PTE or IELTS teachers to join our team. Our trainers need to be organised and passionate individuals who have relevant English language teaching experience and excellent classroom management skills. The successful candidate will be required to: Coach on all modules of the Exam-Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing. Conduct mock tests, provide feedback and advise students on areas of improvement. Contribute to ongoing program development, curriculum development, and assessment. Provide quality service and support to the individual learner. SELECTION CRITERIA Demonstrated experience as IELTS or PTE trainer Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural learning environment; Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team; Availability to work mornings and/or evenings; Relevant qualifications including: a degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other) a suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method (such as CELTA or Certificate IV in TESOL) Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Proficient in using Learning Management Systems such as Moodle or Blackboard.
