Were looking for energetic part-time sales advisors to serve our customers and visitors to our stores in Castle Hill and Kensington. Your main duty will be to engage and educate our guests on our product range and tell the stories associated with our core principles / ethos: timeless; craftsmanship; affordability; sustainability and customer commitment. Other responsibilities are, but not limited to:Resolving customer concerns or disputes to ensure that we maintain our NPS score above 80.To acquire the necessary sales and product knowledge regarding our company and our products to enable you to advise customers with their customer service enquiries and product purchases.Learn to use our business systems to conduct the customer service and sales activities efficiently.Respond to customer enquiries in store, phone, email, chat and our ticketing system.Reach out to our visitors who asked for a quotation and build strong relationships.General cleaning and visual merchandising duties (some lifting required).Collaborate within team members and other departments.To be successful in this role you will need:Customer service experience with an interest in design.A strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.The ability to work alone and to take initiative.A strong team player and can-do attitude - find solutions to problems and not to be part of the problem.Must be available Thursday nights and both Saturday and Sunday.Our company culture is dynamic and diverse.
