ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Reception- Receiving and routing phone calls- Answering general enquiries received over phone- Welcoming visitors to the premises- Controlling signing of visitor book- Notifying internal staff of arrival of visitors- Ensure that any messages are delivered promptly- Booking of lunches and refreshments when required- Ordering Stationery- Accepting deliveriesProcurement Administrative Support- Maintain preferred supplier list- Contact suppliers for quotations- Issue purchase orders- Enter invoices for accounts payable- Matching delivery notes to POs invoices for goods inward- Reconciling supplier invoices to supplier statements- Following up missing invoices delivery notes- Book and manage travel and accommodation as directedInventory- Maintain inventory track Goods inward and Goods outward- Allocate inventory to jobs as directed- Perform periodic stocktakes as directedHSEPSA safety policies support a Zero Harm culture.- Ensures all relevant aspects of the companies Health, Safety and Environment plan are fully understood and adhered to.General- Demonstrate a high level of customer support and service.- Provide a professional, personalized and efficient company image at all times.Qualifications, Skills Experience:- Relevant qualification, preferably a diploma in business management as a minimum.- Two years or more related experience.- Demonstrated experience with Reception- Demonstrated experience with MYOB- Demonstrated experience with Inventory Management- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent MS Office abilities.- Neat and professional presentation.- An engaging and can-do personality.- A high level of integrity and confidentiality.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently with the necessary discipline required.
  • Hours:*
This position is part time in nature and between 20 and 25 hours per week are expected.Office hours may vary as required, the default being Monday to Friday - Hours Negotiable.Please apply with cover letter/resume.
