Want to work in a brand-new Centre on the Gold Coast!! We are seeking passionateEarly Childhood Educators, Early Childhood Teacher, Assistant Educators and Casual Relief Educators for our brand new centre in Nerang. You will be capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with children, parents, and the local community. You will be enthusiastic and passionate about the industry. Our purpose-built unique family owned centre will support you in your role with modern surroundings, large ventilated rooms, great outdoor spaces and resources. We are excited about our centre and we want our educators to be excited and passionate too. You will be able to provide and support a program and that enables children to develop their own working theories around them, through intentional teaching, spontaneous opportunities and through play. You will provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their currentskills.You will be a team player and support colleagues throughout the day. We require the following qualifications applicable to each role: Bachelor of Early Childhood for our ECT/ Diploma for our Educators/ Certificate iii or Studying toward for our assistants and casual float roles. Strong experience across all age groups. Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standard andNational Regulations Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework. Demonstrated ability to work in partnerships with families. Demonstrated professional level of written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection ofchildren. Candidates must possess the following: Current Senior First Aid certificate which includes CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma. Blue card Have a true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
