There is a path to develop your career, into a trainer and also right through to the end goal of being an integrator.This role is suited to people who want to work in a software support role.Ideally, the successful applicant will have a trade background in the woodworking / shopfitting industry, however this is not essential for the role. Key responsibilities: Provide outstanding training and technical support to our customersAbility to problem solve and test different scenario''s whilst working to deadlinesCompliance with our workplace practices and standardsTo be successful in this role, ideally you will have skills in the following areas: Intermediate computer skills Enthusiasm and technically savvy A background in the woodworking industry Experience with using CAD\CAM packages is preferred, but not essential for the role Experience with providing technical support is preferred, but not essential for the role.
