This progressive and established agency servicing the Western Suburbs of Brisbane requires a Property Manager to join their fresh and innovative team. Working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday, managing a small portfolio of approximately 140 properties and with the support of a PM Assistant this is a dream Property Management role.Your Key duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:*A portfolio of 140 properties with room to grow* Handling property repairs and maintenance* Routine inspections and rent arrears* Handling all property enquiries* Liaising with landlords and tenants* Some leasing Lease Renewals* Processing invoices* Exits EntriesThe successful candidate will have to have aminimum1-2 yearsexperienceas a Property Manager, experience in Console, PropertyMe and Maintenance Manager is preferred or a willingness to learn, MUST have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and valid drivers license.
