We love putting together the pieces of the puzzle!Two key locations in Melbourne and Sydney, servicing Australia wide.As one of our valued Installers you will provide expert support to Flatpackologys corporate, education and domestic clients. You will never be bored with the range of work that we do from fitting out multiple office floors to multi-level school work spaces.You will travel from site to site taking on small single day jobs to larger scale projects. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Delivery and installation of furniture and workstations to a wide range of customers.2.Follow job sheet specifications and report any job issues to Management.3.Ability to assemble furniture in both our warehouse and on-site.4.Manual Handling lifting, moving, packing, unpacking ,stacking stock as required.5.Able to work in a small team and unsupervised.6.Ability to deal with a wide range of corporate and domestic clients.7.Take pride in own workmanship and eye for detail.8.Display a positive and professional manner and excellent customer service.9.Act at all times in accordance with Flatpackology values and behaviours.10.Ensure you promote continual improvement and best practice.11.Other duties as directed by your Manager and consistent with the above duties and responsibilities. MANDATORY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS / OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1.Minimum 2 years experience in commercial furniture assembly and installation mandatory2.A thorough understanding of tool knowledge and their appropriate use3.Ability to read site plans and floor plans4.Great time management skills5.Flexible and able to adapt to unique and unexpected situations6.Strong practical problem solving ability with a focus on solutions7.Physically fit, able to lift and move heavy items8.Ability to drive a 1 tonne van and must have manual drivers licence9.Forklift licence highly desirable10.White card accredited (or happy to go through the process)11.Ability to obtain a Working with Children and Police Check12.Requirement to travel within Victoria and interstate from time to time
