Trust Accountant Team Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Trust Accountant to oversee and lead a small team of experienced Bookkeepers for a Residential Property Management portfolio of over 6,000 properties for a reputable, Family owned Real Estate Agency in Melbournes Eastern suburbs.This role will involve all aspects of rental trust accounting; Entering invoices Assist with preparation of financial statements Distributing rental trust monies Assisting with merger and acquisition activities Daily receipting direct debits Bank reconciliations Processing bonds Processing filesmart invoicing Creditors runs End of month Provide management reports Provide support and training as required to Accounts Team.
