Warehouse picker/packer needed

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for the effective handling and processing of electronic components in the Primary Distribution Center. Under general supervision the Warehouse Associate performs both physical and administrative tasks that support the quality, efficiency, and service goals of the Primary Distribution Center. The purpose of the packer is to pack produce and dairy orders for next day or same day delivery in an efficient and accurate manner so that the deliveries can be made on time without any mistakes. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this position are to read an invoice and fill the daily orders extremely accurate and efficiently. Also included is taking inventory, receiving product, buying product as needed, cleaning warehouse at end of shift, running product as needed, and other duties as they arise. Typical starting time for 1st Shift is 6 am, for 3rd Shift is 9 pm. Minimum Qualifications: Warehouse or related experience Able to read printed numbers, letters, and symbols with a 5-point font size Ability to continually stand; regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach; frequently handle, lift and push product and equipment up to 30 lbs.; occasionally handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs Work effectively and flexibly in a team environment Work required overtime as directed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Environment: Must be comfortable working under productivity and quality standards Respectful and team contributor (cleanliness and communication) Flexible work schedule as needed Potential Available Shifts: 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm (mid-day)
